At Jocelyn Cares Domiciliary Agency, we strongly believe that everyone has the right to choose how they want to receive care and support, allowing the opportunity for our clients to have the best possible quality of life. We understand that everyone has different caring needs; our people-focused care varies from help for a couple of hours a week to help with everyday tasks to 24-hour care.

Jocelyn Cares aim to meet the following objectives in the delivery of a quality service:
-To ensure that the service is delivered in a non-discriminatory manner, whilst respecting everyone’s rights to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, the right to make choices and take risks.
QUALITY OF CARE
-At Jocelyn Cares, we ensure that before we start a visit, each of our customers will have to be assessed by the allocated care manager for us to provide the right care package.
-Staff are supervised to ensure they are delivering the best care possible
-surveys are done to ensure customer satisfaction
-Each customer will also have their own contract, stating their terms and conditions
-We will ensure that health, safety and welfare of our customers and staff are promoted and protected.
-Jocelyn Cares will ensure that our customers are safe, staff being sent out to deliver care are caring and responsive to people’s needs.
We are governed by and adhere to Rules, Regulations, Outcomes and Guidance set aside by Law and delivered to us via Care Quality Commission.
Management will ensure that customers are receiving high quality care in their own homes which is based on their individual needs.
Jocelyn cares will work very closely with family members and friends of our customers to ensure quality care is delivered and our customers are satisfied.
